Hi, my name is Kennedy Brugger, I'm 15, and this is my seventh year in 4H. Espresso is a Satin breed of Market Rabbit. She weighs 6lbs. 10oz. and is a great rabbit. She is fed rabbit pellets, Timothy hay, oats, and loves to occasionally snack on kale, carrots, and bananas. Rabbit meat is known for its high protein and low fat percentage, and is considered one of the healthiest types of meat.
