I’m 9 year old Katie Sprincz. This is my second year in 4-H.  It's my first year in the auction with Sweetwater Bandits 4-H Club.  Raising rabbits and jumbo quail has been a good experience with many ups and downs and a lot of cleaning!  Save the date to meet my Pen of 3 Jumbo Meat Quail.  Quail meat is heart healthy and high in protein.
