We like Miss Polled Sandglass 29/1 (P) quite a bit due to her pedigree and phenotype.  This female is extremely attractive in her build as she is beautifully dark pigmented, deep bodied, long, level, and feminine.  The sire to 29/1 is Polled Pathfinder who is one of the most widely used polled sires around the world with an Australian exclusive being purchased on him by Nobbs Cattle Co., a recent winner in Thailand, and the influence that he has in the United States with offspring such as LMC LN Polled Pappo 136/6 and many other show winners and sale toppers.  We are huge fans of Pathfinder due to his color and powerful build. The dam to 29/1 is LMC LF Polled Elma 214/4 who we think is one of the top daughters by +Mr. V8 279/7.  Due to her superior production Elma ranks #3 for number of polled registrations in the ABBA.  This prolific dam has produced 43 progeny to include numerous show winners, two known herd sires, sale toppers, and herd influencers.  It should be known that Elma is extremely fertile as validated by her average on four aspirations of 79 oocytes that converted to 31 embryos with reverse sorted semen.  Miss Polled Sandglass 29/1 (P) is 1 of only 4 offspring resulting from this mating making her even more valuable.  A flushmate to 29/1 sold in last years “Best of the West Bloodstock” Online Sale to La Muneca-Flores Cattle Co. Take advantage of this opportunity to purchase a female that we think will become more valuable each year due to her production and continually sought after genetics.

It is an extreme honor to be able to work with The Allen Family of Sandglass Ranch in presenting to you their second annual “Best of The West Bloodstock” Online Sale.  I have worked with Chris Allen and his team for the past three years. As you can tell no time has been wasted in purchasing and producing some of the highest quality and most sought-after genetics in the breed.

I encourage you to evaluate this offering and take advantage of these proven and exclusive matings.  This is only the beginning for this progressive operation.  They are deep rooted, have staying power, and will be a recognized brand that you will want to be affiliated with.  It should be noted that ALL animals sell in their entirety to prevent any future inconvenience or production disruption of the buyer.

This offering speaks for itself, and we have tried to provide as much information as possibly in the sale profiles.  However, if you have any questions or need additional information feel free to contact Chris Shivers: 713-202-1747 or Chris Allen: 214-725-6022.
