GENERAL TERMS

Any announcements at the time of auction or bidding will take precedence over material previously provided.

All cattle must be picked up within 10 days of the conclusion of the sale, or a $12.00/day feed and yardage fee will be applied, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payments are to be cash, check, Credit card, or wire transfer. Payment must be received before the animal leaves the property. If payment arrangements have not been made within 10 days, the sale transaction shall be void and consignors shall retain ownership together with the right to sell the animal to another buyer.

Transportation of livestock is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All shipping of any kind shall be at buyer's expense.

Any extraordinary health certificates, tests, or documentation required for shipment shall be at buyer's expense.

This sale is governed by Texas law.

All standard sales held on the Premier Livestock Auctions (PLA) website are conducted with the horserace-style closing format. This means that at the posted closing time for any given event, that event will enter into a period called extended bidding. Extended bidding periods are five (5) minutes. Extended bidding will continue until there has been no bidding activity for the duration of the set extended bidding increment. At that time, the event will close and all lots will be declared sold to the highest Bidder.

POLICIES

No Warranties. We provide our service "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we specifically disclaim the implied warranties of title, merchantability, and fitness for particular purposes. All warranties expressed or implied are between Buyer and Seller.

Limit of Liability. In no event shall we be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages however arising, including negligence, arising out of or in connection with a sale made through this website.
