This beautiful polled black cow is out of the 2010 International Champion +Lady H Lisa Manso 947/7 who is the dam to the 2022 International Champion Grey Female further adding value to this package.  It should be known that Lisa who is now deceased is a paternal half-sister to the 2021 International Champion +Mr. H Pride of Maddox 684 and out of a daughter of (+)JDH Karu Manso 800.  

The sire of Lexis is +JME Mr. Suva Crat 225 (P) who is the sire to the V8 Ranch $105,250 ½ interest high seller in their Summer Sale as well as one of the few polled sires to reach the ABBA Register of Renown.  

The students of the breed will realize that Lexis is a flushmate sister to the sire of the popular Mr. MCC Polled Smoke 14/9 bull further adding value to this genetic opportunity.

Lexis recently calved and is now ready to be aspirated meaning you can quickly propel your program to the next level.

GENERAL TERMS

Any announcements at the time of auction or bidding will take precedence over material previously provided.

All cattle must be picked up within 10 days of the conclusion of the sale, or a $12.00/day feed and yardage fee will be applied, unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Payments are to be cash, approved check, or wire transfer. Payment must be received before the animal leaves the property. If payment arrangements have not been made within 10 days, the sale transaction shall be void and seller shall retain ownership together with the right to sell the animal to another buyer. PLA reserves the right to process a buyer's credit card on file for any lot(s) purchased if payment has not been made within ten (10) days of the event.  A 4% processing and handling fee will be applied on all credit/debit card transactions.

Transportation of livestock is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All shipping of any kind shall be at buyer's expense.

Any extraordinary health certificates, tests, or documentation required for shipment shall be at buyer's expense.

This sale is governed by Texas law.

All standard sales held on the Premier Livestock Auctions (PLA) website are conducted with the horserace-style closing format. This means that at the posted closing time for any given event, that event will enter into a period called extended bidding. Extended bidding periods are five (5) minutes. Extended bidding will continue until there has been no bidding activity for the duration of the set extended bidding increment. At that time, the event will close and all lots will be declared sold to the highest Bidder.
