Here is a bull that we continue to be optimistic about due to his potential. To this point we have not utilized this bull enough due to him being related to most of our donors and his premature death, but we just had an impressive bull calf by the LMC SSC Catalina donor with more on the way later this season. Check out his striking granddaughter bred by RGV Cattle Company and Reavis Farms Inc. selling as Lot 1. Chairman is uniquely bred, being sired by LMC Black Perfecto who was a SAC Mr. MT son who was a popular AI Simmental sire during that time and out of the popular LMC Titan Muneca 5H/367 “Sophie” cow that won several championships for the Baring Family.
Chairman’s dam is the impressive LMC BBS Jenna donor, who was a champion for Faith Onstot and one of the most impressive females we have seen in person combining power and femininity as good as any. Jenna is a 6G/LMC Rajin Cajun daughter out of the prolific BBS Jennie Walker donor. The apple did not fall far from the tree as Chairman was one of our most well balanced and structurally correct sires featuring added capacity, testicular development, and soundness. He had a desirable disposition on top of that as well.

GENERAL TERMS
Any announcements at the time of auction or bidding will take precedence over material previously provided.
All cattle must be picked up within 10 days of the conclusion of the sale, or a $12.00/day feed and yardage fee will be applied, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payments are to be cash, approved check, or wire transfer. Payment must be received before the animal leaves the property. If payment arrangements have not been made within 10 days, the sale transaction shall be void and seller shall retain ownership together with the right to sell the animal to another buyer. PLA reserves the right to process a buyer's credit card on file for any lot(s) purchased if payment has not been made within ten (10) days of the event. A 4% processing and handling fee will be applied on all credit/debit card transactions.
Transportation of livestock is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All shipping of any kind shall be at buyer's expense.
Any extraordinary health certificates, tests, or documentation required for shipment shall be at buyer's expense.
This sale is governed by Texas law.
All standard sales held on the Premier Livestock Auctions (PLA) website are conducted with the horserace-style closing format. This means that at the posted closing time for any given event, that event will enter into a period called extended bidding. Extended bidding periods are five (5) minutes. Extended bidding will continue until there has been no bidding activity for the duration of the set extended bidding increment. At that time, the event will close and all lots will be declared sold to the highest Bidder.
