If you are looking for a heifer for a first time showman, this is your lot! This female is puppy dog gentle. And she is REALLY GOOD. She is sired by the International Champion, LMC Gold Medal. Her dam, a Smith NF Sargeant daughter named BCC Bright Star, was a champion in the show ring as well. She was Reserve Grand Champion at Simbrah Roundup in 2018 for my daughter, Olivia. She was also Reserve Senior Champion in Houston in 2019.
Estrella is loaded with bone, depth, muscle, and capacity. She will be a front pasture MAMA cow. She has the rare combination of La Muneca, Smith, and Pine Ridge genetics. Again, I can't emphasize how gentle this female is. Completely halter broke, leads, and stands. She is co owned with my primo, Tomas Garza, who ventured with me in purchasing her dam a few years back. Turn key deal here. She's ready to walk in the show ring tomorrow. GENERAL TERMS
Any announcements at the time of auction or bidding will take precedence over material previously provided.
All cattle must be picked up within 10 days of the conclusion of the sale, or a $12.00/day feed and yardage fee will be applied, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payments are to be cash, approved check, or wire transfer. Payment must be received before the animal leaves the property. If payment arrangements have not been made within 10 days, the sale transaction shall be void and seller shall retain ownership together with the right to sell the animal to another buyer. PLA reserves the right to process a buyer's credit card on file for any lot(s) purchased if payment has not been made within ten (10) days of the event. A 4% processing and handling fee will be applied on all credit/debit card transactions.
Transportation of livestock is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All shipping of any kind shall be at buyer's expense.
Any extraordinary health certificates, tests, or documentation required for shipment shall be at buyer's expense.
This sale is governed by Texas law.
All standard sales held on the Premier Livestock Auctions (PLA) website are conducted with the horserace-style closing format. This means that at the posted closing time for any given event, that event will enter into a period called extended bidding. Extended bidding periods are five (5) minutes. Extended bidding will continue until there has been no bidding activity for the duration of the set extended bidding increment. At that time, the event will close and all lots will be declared sold to the highest Bidder.
