In addition to her phenotypic superiority she ranks in the top ½ of the breed for 12 of the 16 measured traits. She is again sired by Mr. V8 973/7 who injects a popular but outcross polled pedigree, superior build, and breed leading performance. The dam to 29/0 might be the strong point of this package. LMC Polled Melissa 12/3 is a full sister to the herd sire LMC Polled Dakota being sired by the iconic polled sire +LMC LF Ambassador 700/7 and out of the donor Miss Double A 325/6. GENERAL TERMS
Any announcements at the time of auction or bidding will take precedence over material previously provided.
All cattle must be picked up within 10 days of the conclusion of the sale, or a $12.00/day feed and yardage fee will be applied, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payments are to be cash, approved check, or wire transfer. Payment must be received before the animal leaves the property. If payment arrangements have not been made within 10 days, the sale transaction shall be void and seller shall retain ownership together with the right to sell the animal to another buyer. PLA reserves the right to process a buyer's credit card on file for any lot(s) purchased if payment has not been made within ten (10) days of the event. A 4% processing and handling fee will be applied on all credit/debit card transactions.
Transportation of livestock is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All shipping of any kind shall be at buyer's expense.
Any extraordinary health certificates, tests, or documentation required for shipment shall be at buyer's expense.
This sale is governed by Texas law.
All standard sales held on the Premier Livestock Auctions (PLA) website are conducted with the horserace-style closing format. This means that at the posted closing time for any given event, that event will enter into a period called extended bidding. Extended bidding periods are five (5) minutes. Extended bidding will continue until there has been no bidding activity for the duration of the set extended bidding increment. At that time, the event will close and all lots will be declared sold to the highest Bidder.
